1. Seller

Sales through Falconry Space are managed by INTERAKTIVA 1976 S.L., Tax ID B88654256, Madrid Commercial Registry, Section 8, Sheet M-886153, Entry 1, registered at Calle Tribaldos 62, local 11, 28043 Madrid, Spain. Email: info@falconryspace.com.

2. Products and ordering

Essential features and current prices are shown on each product page. Orders are subject to availability and accepted when confirmed by email. Buyers may review and correct order details before completion.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before confirmation. Available payment methods appear at checkout.

4. Delivery

Destinations, estimated times and costs are shown during checkout. Times may be affected by handcrafted production, stock, carriers, holidays or customs. Risk passes when the consumer or an appointed third party takes physical possession.

5. Withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw by emailing info@falconryspace.com. Personalised or made-to-specification products and other statutory exceptions are excluded. Full steps appear in the Returns Policy.

6. Defects and guarantees

Damage, incorrect products or lack of conformity should be reported promptly with the order number and evidence. The applicable statutory guarantee applies.

7. Support and complaints

Contact info@falconryspace.com. Official complaint forms are available where legally required. The EU online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.

8. Applicable law

Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Consumer disputes will be heard by the courts determined by applicable law.
